We supply restaurants with a range of quality cooking woods. We stock oak, cherry, and hickory, in addition to our recommended mixed hardwood blend of oak, maple, beech, birch, cherry and ash available in bulk or bundled form.

We also can supply you with other cooking woods on order as well as other specialty items such as wood chips and chunks, sawdust, grilling planks and other wood-related products.  We also distribute Harder Charcoal, a premium, highly recommended hardwood charcoal.
